God’s timing is always perfect

Gods timing is always perfect

One of the hardest lessons in the life of the faithful is learning to trust in God’s timing.

We are so used to making decisions independently of God’s wisdom and timing that we struggle with waiting. Waiting for things to happen. Waiting for various elements to fall in place. We pray and ask God’s will to be done but afterwards we get impatient and want to take back control when things don’t happen fast enough.

God is never in a hurry.

His plans for us are perfectly engineered and sometimes slow in unfolding. But if we wait long enough we will see things happen at just the right time and in the right way.

Remember, the Lord sometimes will lead us in ways that don’t make sense to us. If we try to figure everything out ahead of time, we will struggle, get confused, and lose faith. Let us say with the psalmist, “I trusted in, relied on, and was confident in You, O LORD; I said, You are my God. My times are in Your hands.” – Psalm 31:14-15

Trust in the LORD with all your heart. Do not depend on your own understanding or faulty reasonings. Seek His perfect will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take (Proverbs 3:5-)

“Then the LORD said to me, “Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others. This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.” -Habakkuk 2:2-3
